ANA consultants are creating a controlled and structured environment within the Revenue Planning Directorate of the Ministry of Finance, Afghanistan to improve revenue collections, stakeholder reporting, analysis, and forecasting. Consultants successfully led the countrywide implementation of Financial Management Systems for revenue classification for better oversight and management. ANA consultants also worked on training needs assessment, project design and support and monitoring of the programs within the Ministry of Finance, Kabul.
