Mrs. Arti Duggal, the owner of ANA Consulting specializes in providing training and capacity development services to donors including USAID, WB, DFiD and in general the entire international development sector. She has over 15 years of work experience in human and institutional capacity building in support of training, organizational development and capacity building in fast paced environments. She specializes in program design, and implementation, program development and management, program assessment and evaluation, and staff mentoring and coaching. She has ample experience in knowledge management activities such as providing assistance and expertise in designing and implementing communication approaches appropriate to developing country contexts; and conducting workshops and trainings as well as lessons learned for training programs worldwide. She has an MBA from Johns Hopkins and is pursuing a Masters degree from the University of London in Public Administration.
Mr. Naresh Duggal, the director of the firm, has an MBA in Finance and Information Systems from Johns Hopkins University. He has over seventeen years of consulting experience in working with national and international clients. For the past ten years he has provided services in the public and financial services sector ranging in Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, India, Myanmar, Rwanda, and Sri Lanka. He has successfully designed and implemented financial management systems for various organizations to improve service delivery. His overall experience includes fiscal reform, economic governance, tax policy and administration, public financial management, and developing capacity building strategies for national and sub-national governments.
